About Raw Vault

The essential trade show companion for dietary supplement professionals.

What Raw Vault does

Raw Vault is a working tool for people who source, evaluate, and formulate dietary supplement ingredients. It pulls three jobs that usually live in notebooks, phone photos, and a dozen open browser tabs into one app: researching what an ingredient's evidence actually supports, tracking the vendors you meet, and keeping sample requests moving after the show ends.

On the research side, you enter an ingredient name and get a structured snapshot. It shows how the ingredient's identity was resolved, which synonyms and forms were searched, how many human, animal, and in-vitro studies were retrieved, what those studies actually did and found, and where the ingredient stands with regulators in each jurisdiction you sell into. Every snapshot can be saved to a library, compared side by side with another ingredient, and exported as a report to share with your team.

On the show floor, Raw Vault holds your event details and floor plans, your hit list of booths worth visiting, and a lead card for every real conversation: the company, the ingredient, minimum order quantity, price per kilogram, the rep's contact details, photos of spec sheets, and exactly where the sample stands, from requested through received.

Who it is for

Raw Vault is built for the people who walk a trade show floor with a purpose: brand owners and founders, product development and formulation teams, quality and regulatory specialists, and sourcing or procurement managers at supplement, food, and nutraceutical companies. It is just as useful to ingredient suppliers and distributors who want to keep their follow-ups straight after a busy week of meetings.

Who builds it

Raw Vault is independently built and maintained by its founder, and it keeps improving because the people who use it say what is missing. It is a small, focused product rather than a large platform, and it is built around one workflow at a time.

Research snapshots cite primary literature and are for information only. They are not legal, medical, or regulatory advice, and every regulatory position should be confirmed by your own quality and regulatory team before you rely on it.
